From 15 July 2020, Resolution No. 18 of the Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Russian Federation of 7 July 2020 "On amendments to Resolution No. 7 of 18.03.2020 on ensuring isolation to prevent the spread of COVID-19" came into force, according to which our patient admission procedure has changed.

If the specialist you need is available, a walk-in appointment is possible.
To see a doctor, you will need an identity document (passport). If services are provided to a minor, they must be accompanied by an adult. In this case, a passport and the child's birth certificate are required. If the minor is accompanied by third parties, a notarised consent of the parents/legal representatives is required.
If you are visiting our clinic for the first time, a contract for paid medical services will need to be drawn up. The patient must sign an informed voluntary consent to medical intervention.
The outpatient record is kept in the clinic's archive. A copy can be given to the patient on request upon presentation of an identity document.
We adhere to the standards approved by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation: Federal Law No. 323-FZ "On the Fundamentals of Health Protection of Citizens in the Russian Federation" (Article 37: "Procedures and standards of medical care").
We recommend arriving at the clinic 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that the administrator has time to prepare the necessary documents. Rescheduling is by agreement. If you cannot make it on time, please inform us at least 1 hour before the appointment.

Submit these documents to the administrator of any branch together with copies of your passport and TIN. You will also need to fill in an application according to the template (provided by the administrator). The certificate is issued within 14 working days.
