Personal Data Processing Policy

User, by submitting an application on the website www.neuro-clinic.life (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), in fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ, gives their consent to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Consent") (OGRN, INN), located at: (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator"), under the following conditions:

Consent is given for the processing of personal data that are not special or biometric: last name, first name, patronymic, address, phone numbers, email address, place of work, position held, number of the main identity document, information about the date of issuance of this document and the issuing authority.
2. The Operator processes personal data for the purpose of:
   • identifying the User within the Site, processing User's requests and applications;
   • entering into any agreements with the User and their further execution;
   • providing the User with information about the services provided by the Operator; informing the User about offers on Operator's products and services; about the development of new products and services by the Operator; about services of partner companies, with subsequent transfer of User's personal data to partner companies if the User is interested in the services of partner companies;
   • conducting promotions, surveys, and studies by the Operator.
3. Personal data is not publicly available.
4. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.
5. Processing of personal data means any action or set of actions with personal data, including automatic ones, including but not limited to collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (updating, modification); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); deletion; destruction.
6. The basis for the processing of personal data is: Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of the Federal Law "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ; the Personal Data Processing Policy; this consent for the processing of personal data.
7. Personal data is processed until the moment the Operator receives a corresponding written statement from the Personal Data Subject.
8. Consent can be revoked by the Personal Data Subject by sending a written statement by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to the Operator at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent.
9. In case of revocation of consent to the processing of personal data by the subject or their representative, the Operator has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the personal data subject if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27.07.2006.
10. The list of personal data of users processed on the Site using automation tools:

• last name, first name, patronymic;
• phone number;
• email address.

• IP address;

• access time;
• referrer (previous page address).

5. This consent is valid until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in paragraphs 7 and 8 of this Consent.
